about me once upon a time……....... thirsting for adventure and the lure of the unknown..... i set off on a quest to discover the magic, madness, and beauty of far off lands, diverse cultures, and exotic peoples .............. i did not know that my journey would evolve into a pilgrimage; a life of outward exploration and inner renewal, of endless roads, vast seas, drifting horizons, and liquid borders ..... a journey beyond maps, geography, and at moments - even reason ....with an early artistic disposition, the ever continuous outcome of this ongoing wanderlust has served as one of the most influential components in the development of my art, photography, and the person i am today .............. i’m intrigued with the journey and development of the creative process itself …......... the sublime quest to decipher life’s complex challenges, paradoxical mysteries, and eternal beauty through an artistic lens …........ …........... photography in contrast to other mediums allows me to both document and gain not only a deeper understanding of subject, yet of myself and overall connectedness to others ……however clichesque it sounds, i discover that every photograph I take ultimately exposes something within myself; a partial self portrait, reflective the depths of my own being …......... essentially, my art and photography are just an inherent expression from within……a mere dialogue with the questions posed by life and this journey we all embrace ……......... standing face to face with the infinite ….
